Tasks at the camp list

This is an overview of the tasks to be distributed between the participants during the gathering. If you are willing to volunteer for one, please write to contact AT nuclear-heritage.net[1]

  • introduce recently arrived participants to the camp site and tasks
  • driver for the logistics car - shuttle transport to the railway station and for food & material logistics
  • time keeper (reminding on schedules, workshop times etc.)
  • cooking / helping at the kitchen
  • cleaning during the camp
    • cleaning up camp site from rubbish
    • washing dishes
    • bringing materials back to their storage places after usage
  • emergency case responsible person(s)
  • caring about info walls: task shop, programme board, car pooling boards + general issues
    • construction of boards, adding infos
  • fresh vegetables and bread need to be picked up daily at the organic shop
  • on Fri-Sun there will still be important construction work to be done at the campsite (finishing outdoor kitchen, compost toilet)
  • setting up the group tents (workshops, presentations, group meetings...)
  • create and set up info signs to understand the infrastructure of the campsite
  • inventory of available food (including food coop) with amounts and best-before dates - to know what we can use for cooking and what needs to be used first
  • prepare the kitchen (construct cupboards, put food and equipment inside)
  • parking slots have to be cleared for the camp - we have two spaces for cars (some participants will come with car, and we have the rented car there, too) that need to be cleared from construction work material and some vegetation
  • install the computer pool - not clear yet how much capacities will be there to prepare and configure it; at least one desktop computer with internet access should be possible


Tasks already clarified

  • driving the car for shuttle service to railway station and for local transports (food, material etc.) (B.)
  • registration of the participants (K.)
  • refunding participants travel costs as far as agreed beforehand (J.)
