UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The 2013 United Nations Climate Change Conference to be held in Warsaw, Poland from 11 to 22 November 2013, will be the 19th yearly session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 19) to the 1992 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the 9th session of the Meeting of the Parties (CMP 9) to the 1997 Kyoto Protocol (the protocol having been developed under the UNFCCC's charter).
