Template:NukeNews incomplete translation template

This template is used to create a link line to the optional language versions of an issue of the NukeNews. Please change it only if you know what it will effect!

The intention is not only to make visible that some translations still are missing (for that we have the category Translation Unfinished, where all started, but not finished yet NukeNews translations should be found), but particularly to motivate native speakers to contribute to the translations.
